Worn Shoe and not brandnew!!!

You gave me a worn shoe!!!! it’s used and even dirty feet marks! Please refund me for this or get me a new shoe

Received shoes with dirty toe prints 🤢

Ordered these online and was excited they would get here in time for my first fitting. They arrived the day before my fitting and upon opening them, I immediately noticed they had been tried on because the straps showed wear and had some fraying. Then looking closer I saw BOTH shoes had someone’s nasty, dirty toe prints on them 🤢 beyond furious DSW would ship these back out without checking or caring if they had been worn or were dirty.

Good Bridal Heels

A good option as a bridal heel. I was disappointed by the lack of stock and options available at the store. But these heels are very comfortable with cushion soles, and bridal feel. The end of the details on the toes seem abrupt and cheaply finished… You get what you paid for and they’re a good deal.

I read other reviews on this shoe about marker on them, not being wide enough, etc but I wanted to give them a try as they are so pretty. Unfortunately there was bright pink marker on the toe strap, and I ordered a wide size however they are still very narrow. Disappointed as they are beautiful shoes. They were on a great sale which was appealing, however now I see why. I will be returning.

I bought these for my wedding reception dress, and they are just lovely. The wide heel and built in padding definitely help with comfortability. Runs true to size. Im buying a second pair to keep around since my wedding was outside. The white fabric can get a bit dirty, and I want to be able to show these awesome shoes to my kids someday.
