Great boots
These are great boots at a good price. They seem to be well-made and should last for several years. They are warm and fairly comfortable. My only complaint would be that they can't be laced up tightly, so I feel like they might slip off if was walking in deep wet snow. I would definitely buy them again.

Good but not great arch support.
I'm mostly very happy with the boot. They are warm, waterproof and have a good wide toe, which I really need. The pull-type lace-up straps are very easy to use - I hope they last. I did have to buy insoles to provide more arch support.

Good shoe
Good shoe. Easy to put on is what I was looking for. Same thing with most shoe companies is they cheap out with the insole. I had to purchase a separate insole to get a comfortable fit

Disappointing customer service after 3 weeks
My son loves the feel of these boots but after only 3 weeks the laces broke in half and are now unwearable. I bought these specifically because he cant tie shoes. The manager at the store said there was nothing she could do and that it is Kamiks fault and normal wear and tear. Which is ridiculous. Normal wear and tear doesnt cause laces that started show signs of fraying after onlynone wear. She then made my son who is on the autism spectrum feel bad saying if they are arent adjusted right then this is what happens. He knows how to adjust them and it is a defect in the laces. So now I had to go and buy them again as it os the only boot he can adjust on his own. Do not waste your money on these. The laces are terrible!
