Excess fabric under zipper
I had such high hopes for them. When I tried them on at home, it felt very comfy and they are, but they fit a little loose. I don't mind that as I use a custom insole so I need the room. But the first time I put it on to go to work, I pulled the zipper in a hurry and it got stuck. I had to budge it a lot to free it. The whole point of getting these boots was so that they'll be stuck to put on as i have 2 young children and don't have time to fiddle around. And I got them on sale for $55, but they went down even more at $25 which just adds insult to injury.

No size 10.5 available
Disappointed because I was unable to get a half size. The 10 was too small and the 11 was too big. The half sizes are all the way up to size 10 then stop

Great concept, poor execution
Bought a pair of these for my partner and the back seam of the lining was ripped in one. Exchanged them (had to wait for the size to be sent) and both of the new ones had similar rips. Repaired these ones since if I had ordered again I may have gotten ripped ones a third time.

Nice looking but they just don’t cut it
Look nice but loose fit, not snug so hard to walk in trying to keep foot from not moving around. 100% agree with other reviews that zipper liner always gets stuck, without fail no matter if you’re holding it down. Returned for these non-practical issues.

Wide & Poor Zipper Design
This boots are really wide and you cannot zip them up without getting the fabric caught. Will be returning these boots.
