Incorrectly advertised

Very disappointed. As mentioned by another reviewer, these shoes are advertised as women’s but they send men’s sizes. When I generated the return shipping label, I am charged for return shipping even though it is their error. Very poor marketing.

The sizing was incorrect. It was titled “ladies” size 6, but it was a youth or men’s 6, which is a ladies 8. When the customer service looked at inventory it said there was a ladies 6 in stock but again it was incorrect.
