A vacation saver

I was on vacation with my Suns family to experience the Calgary Stampede. When we arrived in Okotoks, AB my son and his family decided to take a trip to Johnson’s Canyon to hike the lower falls and I now found myself in need of a pair of hiking shoes. I am a woman’s size 10 and with wide feet. The young lady that came to assist me said that they had short supply of woman’s hikers and apologized. Went back to do what ever she was doing before I got there. I could not leave the store without a pair oh hikers. I know Men’s and woman’s shoe sizes differ by 2 sizes. So I went to the men’s section and found a men’s size 8 that fit me perfectly. The shoes was very comfortable and did not create sores on my feet. Johnson’s Canyon and the Calgary Stampede were memorable duo to the comfort of my feet. I would like to add a note to the trading staff at the Shoe Company. This would have been a lost sale except for the fact that I had to leave this store with hikers. Men’s shoes are typically wider than woman’s shoes. In the case of hikers it’s an option which should be offered as an alternative to achieve the sale.

It's a good shoe to go to a easy mountain.

Good value

I like the comfort and durability with breathable mesh, perfect for summer and some long walks, my only issue is the sound the grips make on flat or painted surfaces as the grip noice is loud but I’m sure that will wear off.

Excellent light hiker / casual shoe

It's not easy finding a light hiking shoe that can also pass as a casual urban sneaker, a combination which is ideal for travel. It's even harder to find such a shoe that also fits my feet: breathable and spacious, with a wide and flexible sole, and accommodating my orthotics. Yet, somehow, this shoe checks every box. Over the last month, I've worn it camping, in the city, at the airport, hiking, and on the beach. This shoe did it all, and my feet were very happy.
