Good street...but not sure about hiking

I liked these shoes as they were the true extra wide I was looking for. Any other shoe described as extra wide you could still see my foot pushing out the sides of the show when I put my weight on it.
But, I wouldn't really call these a hiking shoe. Everything about the construction still says street shoe or running shoe. A hiking shoe should have a thicker and firmer sole and more durable outer as well. But this is a good show for the price. The only thing I really wish every shoe maker would do is get away from the tongue of the shoe just barely coming up to the end of the laces. There should always be enough tongue to get a firm grasp of it when putting on the shoe.

Hi new to these shoes they actually leak my toes got wet from the rain today I went for coffee 3 blocks away as soon as the rain hit them it went in the shoes top of my feet are wet I have cheaper shoes that resist the water better than these

Comfortable shoe. It is extra wide though so normally I fit size 11’s or 11.5’s depending on the shoe, but for these I had to get 10.5 to get the right fit! Keep that in mind and I’m on my feet most of the day and so far so good! Recommend

Bought for a trip to Peru, very comfortable shoes, held up well to the elements I did spray them with water proof spray. I would recommend for a trip with hiking mountains and backpacking through towns.
