I purchased these shoe on line as a Christmas gift. When the shoes arrived by mail , one of the shoe was scratched. I return the shoes at the Burlington location with no problems. Customer service was excellent. Thank you

Uncomfortable out of the box. Materials are cheap and scuffed almost instantly with light office wear. Worn daily for 2 weeks and the back hasn’t broken its sharpness down.
