Impossible to break in
These are well priced.. but impossible to break in. When I picked up my order at Kildonan Place, I opened the bag to open the box to try them on in store and the box was so mangled I wasn’t able to immediately return the shoes. I’ve been trying to break them in for weeks now but they just feel like cheap hard plastic. I normally get Romika “Venus” Chelsea’s but they were all sold out. I’ll have to wait til next winter..

Narrow opening
Shipping was suuuuper fast. 2 days, and I placed order late in the night. Boots themself are a little narrow in the ankle. Definitely can't just easily step into them. They also seem like they will scuff easily. I weather sprayed them, so far no leaks

Leather coming off from the boots
The leather in my boots has started coming off. It’s not even a month since the purchase and it’s coming off. I would request DSW to exchange it or provide me with a refunds. I can submit pics as well of the boots from where leather is off

Could be comfier
Very beautiful boots to look at, but not very comfortable at all. After a day of wearing them my feet were aching from lack of support and cushion. If you have sensitive feet, avoid these boots.

Cheap looking
True to size. I am 8.5 and these fit well in 8.5 but vegan leather looked very cheap and plasticky. Couldnt justify spending $70 on extremely cheap looking shoe so returned
