Stylish and very comfortable sandal

I am a recent Birkenstock convert and decided to add the Florida Sandal to my collection! I love the Birkenstock Soft Footbed sandals because they are so comfortable. I purchased this sandal in size 39 and the fit and width is perfect. The color is more of a light cocoa brown which I like. The material though not leather is very soft and comfortable. I like the 3 adjustable straps. This sandal looks great on my feet, looks good with any outfit and is very comfortable. I really like this sandal!

My podiatrist ordered me to wear Birks while recovering from plantar fascitis. The Florida style's three buckled straps are very accommodating in providing a perfectly comfortable fit I did add one extra hole on each strap to get the snug fit needed. I usually wear 6 1/2 B (would be a 37 EU size), but found that Birkenstocks for me run long, so I wear one size down (36). The silver color and three straps look super cute with pants and casual dresses. Can't wait to take these on vacation!

Comfortable and durable

Birkenstocks in general are some of the best shoes you can buy for the money. They are the only shoes that I'll spend this amount of money on because they last forever. This is the first time I've bought this style and I love them. I think they look a little bit cuter than the classic Arizona style that I usually wear. The synthetic material seems to be just as comfortable as the real leather ones. I've only had them for a few weeks but so far so good with regards to that.

Flimsy straps

These were comfortable shoes that I really loved. Unfortunately, the combination of the thin straps and synthetic material makes them very weak. I was surprised when, after having the shoes for a year and a half of moderate wear, one of the straps broke while I was out. A look at the other straps showed that they were tearing as well. I have had other vegan birkinstocks that haven't had this problem. Birkinstock needs to rethink the material for this design.

Cute silver sandals

I was excited to get a pair of Birkenstocks in a fun color, but disappointed that they don’t come in narrow width. These were a replacement for a different pair that didn’t come in a small enough size for me. Now they are so wide that my feet slide around and are not very comfortable. The buckles adjust either too loose or too tight. I’m still not sure if I will keep them and try to like the fit or if they will also be returned.

Love love love!! When I first ordered these I didn’t realize they were soft bed Birkenstock’s. But I think that’s actually a plus because these are the first ones I’ve tried and I’ve heard Birks can be kind of tough to break in. So far I am loving them. They are super comfy and I can stand on my feet for hours in these! Plus I think having three straps makes them cuter than the Arizona Birks. Worth the extra $10!

Great shoe but not my fave

Love Birkenstocks but these were not for me. I am super picky - I did not want an ankle strap, I wanted nothing that wraps around of goes between my toes. I have had the Franca model and loved them but these were not available in a regular width (they have narrow which will not work for me). I don't love the third strap and I prefer the crossover Franc style. These are still a greta show for a great price.

I bought these and the Mayari (spelling?) at first because I couldn't decide which pair I liked better. Ultimately, I liked the Mayari better because of the toe strap. While I love these, they just didn't fit my personal style. They are super comfy and fit me a lot better than the Mayari's did. But, with all shoes, every pair is different. Overall, I really like these shoes.
