I bought the kit thinking that it was going to make all of my Birkenstock look like new. I was really disappointed with the cleaner and refresher. It only lightly clean the foot bed but it did refreshed it. The best part of the kit was the brush with the eraser. The eraser really cleaned the suede in my clogs but you can buy an eraser in any other brand.

Great for Gift

I bought this for a gift, so I cannot say how it works. If you are a Birkenstock person, I'm sure it will be useful to give it a try because taking them to a cobbler is much more expensive. I had a $5 off promo, which was valid on this even though it's Birkenstock. I also use the $5 reward, so for 10 bucks I figured it was worth it.

I have always wanted a good shoe care package and I find exactly that at DSW. This shoe cleaner box has everything I need to take good care of my shoes. It cleans and shines, and it can work well on all kinds of shoes and their fabric. All the components are travel friendly. Highly recommend to keep some in stock!

I bought the kit to clean several footbeds of my Birkenstocks. The cleaner didn’t really clean the footbed but it just refreshed it. The best thing in the kit is the brush and the eraser behind the brush. The eraser does clean the stains from suede. I think any other shoe cleaner could have worked.

I've purchased this cleaner set 3X's now and am so pleased. It is the right kit to have if you own Birkenstock Shoes and if you want them in tip top condition. The cleaner is perfect for removing spots and the freshener is a must have if you wear your shoes a lot. The sealer is a must have also.

I bought this kit and haven't used it yet but it looks like a nice kit for my Birkenstocks and other shoes. The only problem (and I think it's a big problem) is that it doesn't come with ANY instructions. I don't know what all I can use it on or how to go about it, don't love that

Purchased this cleaner to prolong the life of my Birks. It's a great kit to have if you own Birkenstock shoes and want them to last. Haven't used it yet as I just purchased a new pair of Birkenstock to replace the ones that I had for 5 years. This kit has everything you need.

This is a fun gift for the Birkenstock lovers in your life! Since Birkenstocks are an investment, I guess it would be a good idea to give them some extra TLC. It's great that this comes nicely boxed up, so you can easily wrap it with some fun wrapping and a giant bow!
