Beware DSW ARA sizing

Beware sizing - I ordered a US size 12 of these sneakers and only received an 11.5. I also ordered the ARA Riviera wide sneakers in women’s US12 two times and received size 7.5. DSW was unable to explain why. The shoes were very cute - but I would be reluctant to order any further ARAs from DSW in light of this strange experience.
