Feels fairly comfortable nice cushioning under the feet. I haven't worn them out of the house yet. So I'm hoping they're comfortable for 8 hour workday. It's almost like a suede material under the straps on the feet. Witch is nice and the straps are tight enough to keep your foot firmly in the shoe. You're not flopping around in them.

I purchased these for a wedding. I knew I would be o. My feet a lot, dancing and mingling. I wanted something with a heel, not too high, and COMFORTABLE. These shoes looked great all night and did not hurt my feet.
