adidas Unisex Adilette Comfort Slide Sandal

I have owned adilettes for decades now. Remarkable in their level of comfort, these are not something to wear all day long as stability is sacrificed. However, slide these on when you come home from work or the gym and everything seems alright. They do run a little big, foolish of me on my second pair, I should've sized down. Not as durable as the OG Adilettes. It would seem when working with more pliable products for comfort some stability and durability have been sacrificed. Still not bad considering these will provide years of use compared to the OG Adilettes that can provide decades of use. Buy them and feel a little bliss.

Bought these for my husband. His previous pair were lost and he definitely deserved a new pair! Seems that the overall quality and comfort have declined. The previous pair felt like squishy heaven beneath your feet, I put them on often for that feeling. This pair feels stiffer (maybe for increased longevity?), and the strap isn’t made of the soft velvety material anymore, but is now plastic? Maybe these changes are to extend the life and/or look of the sandal. But, my husband preferred the feature of his other pair, and seemed Like a better value. Still, these are relatively comfortable sandals that are easy for a working dad to slip on.

i recommend going a size up on these. i usually wear size 9. the fit is good in regards to width, however the height is too low for my foot making it difficult to insert my foot as far into it as i want to. I thought it would break in but so far it has not. also they absorb water. so if you wear it in the shower and then later leave it to dry, it might not dry in day, once you step on it or apply pressure more water squeezes out like a sponge. May not matter much to you if you don't plan to get these wet. the cushion level is good, but the comfort is lacking for me for the same reason i previously mentioned. the strap is not adjustable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Adilette Comfort Slides are so comfortable! The footbed has some sort of cushion material in it that makes them soft. While the material seems water-resistant, I wouldn't recommend these for the shower nor outdoors around the pool. For that, you'd want to get the Adilette Aqua Slides, which are waterproof. For over a year now, I have used those regularly when getting out of the shower or when going to the beach or pool, and those have held up great. But these Adilette Comfort Slides seem to be intended to be kept dry for the most part. The advantage is that these Adilette Comfort Slides are much softer and thus more comfortable than the Adilette Aqua Slides.

Most disappointing Adidas product I have bought and I’m an Adidas fan boy! (bought July 2022) Within 5 mins my big toe was sliced open by the plastic foot strap. Not comfortable! Multiple small cuts! Think paper cuts and blood! One day 2, the left slide was sliding off my foot! The foot strap seems to have stretched or something. So annoying to walk in, you just kick them off. Later on day 2 my other big toe starts bleeding. Total wear time less than an hour. The slides do have a really soft and comfortable base, the foot strap is the weak link. They are unwearable as a result. Don’t waste your money. Bought a US 11,

Ordered the Adissage TNDs first but sent them back. I can see why people would like them but to me they were like walking on gravel. These are great though. Nice squishy soles with a smooth surface. Very comfortable, as you would expect. Wish there was a bit more padding on the underside of the strap but definitely to the extent that it’s a deal breaker. Really take care in considering your size if you’re in-between them though. I’m an 8.5 and went with 9s on the first run. They ran larger than I expected but I remedied that with the exchange and got 8s. Based on how the 9s fit, I’m guessing you should always size down, but that’s just my newly acquired experience.
