Great shoe but a little disappointed

I love Vionics. But this particular shoe is a bit wider than anything I've ever ordered. My feet are somewhat slender, but a narrow width never fits me. I wear a Medium width and all of my previous Vionics have been perfect. This one fits like a Wide width. It's really comfortable, a great looking shoe, but the gaps in the sides are less than attractive and feels somewhat sloppy when I walk. I thought about returning them, but they're generally really cute and comfortable even though it's not a great fit. I don't think ordering a smaller size would help. Cute shoe. Totally anticipated buying multiple colors, but I'll try other styles instead.

So wonderful that I have several pairs

I love the Uptown loafer! I am preparing to retire and want to increase my traveling so I have now purchased this comfortable, stylish, lightweight shoe in 3 colors! It provides good support while keeping the weight down, making it perfect to pack for trips. As a physical therapist who has practiced for 35 years, I know how important it is to have shoes that provide good support. Vionic takes it a step further by providing classic styling in addition to its well-known supportive footbeds. It comes in many fun, bright colors as well as classics. You can choose between leather or suede. It is a must buy shoe to complete your wardrobe!

Nice but...

Wanted to love this shoe, but only "like" it. First time I haven't been totally happy with Vionic. One of the shoes seemed to have a ridge inside where the stitching is. Hit my foot in the wrong spot causing discomfort for quite a few wearings. Eventually became better but by that time both shoes had stretched out to being almost too loose. I will put Vionic innersoles in them to make them more cushiony and to tighten them up. I was going to get more colors, but am rethinking that now. I love the Vionic brand and am hopeful this will not happen again with another style. The shoe itself is quite light, flexible and very rich looking.

I hate these shoes. Hate them. They look cheap and feel cheap. The "packable" design that is advertised is a means to get away with selling cheap and flimsy shoes. The shoes stretch so much as you wear them that they flop around on your feet. I ordered the gold color. They are advertised as leather in the description, but they are actually suede. This is frustrating to me because I looked at ever shoe that was offered and most were suede, but there were a couple that were labeled as leather- and looked like leather. I never would have ordered suede shoes. These shoes would have been fine for a smaller price, but are absolutely not worth the money.

I am always skeptical when ordering loafers though I love how they look. I have wide feet and my left foot is slightly longer than the right. Usually, the heel slips or digs in. These fit perfectly! I am between an 8.5 and a 9. The 9 fits perfect. The leather is super soft. The heel stays in place and doesn’t dig in at all, right out of the box. I have worn them a couple of times at work where I’m up and down all day. They are really supportive and my feet feel great after a long day even with no socks on. My heel has been bothering me and it doesn’t after wearing these. Plus, they are so cute for the fall! Worth every penny.

Bought for Travel

It’s hard to order shoes online. Some reviews say sizing is off, some say true to size. I went to a store that carries them to try them on so I would know what size to order even tho they didn’t carry the black suede ones I wanted. I’m usually a 7 1/2 but that was too big. In the leather a 7 was hard to put on but once I got them on my foot they fit perfectly . I tried on a pair of blue suede in the same size but it was too loose and my heel slipped out. Tried on the 6 1/2 and it was too tight. I ended up ordering the black leather and am happy with my purchase. I do wish Vionic sizing was consistent. I am always hesitant to order online because of this issue.

If you are looking for the perfect travel shoe, look no further. I bought the Vionic Uptown Loafers and they have quickly become a staple in my wardrobe.
Pros:
Comfort: These are easily one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own. I can wear them all day without any issues.
Versatility: They look great with casual outfits but are polished enough to look put-together.
Travel-Ready: These are my go-to for trips. They are lightweight and easy to navigate airports or city streets in.
I get compliments on them constantly, and I always tell people they need to get a pair. If you're on the fence, definitely buy them!

Most Comfortable & Stylish Loafer

I bought the beige pair and they fit so comfortably and are extremely soft that I bought a second pair the extremely stylish black/white/tan! WOW! A lovely fun pair of loafers! I have ankle and support issues, thus I do not mess with my feet and shoes. VIONIC has made several styles of shoes I have bought over the years and worn casually, all over Europe, to dressy events and many “on-my-feet-all-day” days and VIONIC has never failed me. This particular loafer (with the loafer being the “IT” shoe of the year) is a HUGE HIT and checks all the boxes. True to size, easy slip-in, comfortable inset, safe non skid sole, STYLISH! I LOVE THIS LOAFER and I think you will too.
