Vans Women's Asher Slip-On Sneaker

I love my shoes I just wish they were a bit more snug, I have really narrow feet and but wide ankles so I couldn't go down a size since they would be too tight on my ankles, but my toes are a bit loose and tend to move around if I don't wear socks with them. Overall I am satisfied I just have to wear ankle socks with them. I was very impressed with the store associate who helped me. This was a ship to store purchase and the young lady advised me to look at them before I left so I did and I was so glad I did they were dirty and had hair in them so she found me some in my size in store and swapped them out. This is my second pair of white Ashers. I wore my first pair until they wore out, were permanently stained, and my dog chewed one of them. I reluctantly tossed them out at that point. But I was eager to get another pair. I got these on a Hot Deal of the Day sale, along with a $10 off promotion, and some rewards certificates I had. It was such a good deal, I bought both the black and white for about $35!! I also already had the light blue, which I like a lot. I agree that they run a little big and my no-show socks would always slip down, so I bought these in a half-size down and they are perfect!

I have tried Vans on so many times hoping they would fit but my normal size, an 8 or 8 1/2, was always too big. I have a narrow foot and my heel would slide out when I walked. The length seemed fine they were just too wide. I never tried a 7 1/2 before because I thought they would for sure be too short. I have never bought a shoe in a size 7 1/2! But on a whim I decided to try a pair. They fit perfectly! They are not too short, even with a pair of no show socks. So if you have a narrow foot and have not been able to fit in your normal size, size down, even if you think it will be too small!

Love the colors in these cool, colorful Vans! I purchased the multicolor version of these slip-on sneakers, which are mainly turquoise and raspberry, swirled around in a tie-dye spiral effect. Takes me back to the fashions of my youth--but with an updated, 21st-century vibe! I will say, though, that they weren't exactly "slip-on" when I first tried them on after ordering them. I had to really wriggle into them to get them on in the back. But once I got them on, they fit true to size and were comfortable. Hoping to break them in by taking them on and off several times at home before venturing outside. Want to keep them 'cuz they're really cool and look great with white or black slacks or capris.

I finally broke down and got the white Asher vans because they are so cute for the summer with all my shorts and Capri pants. I figured out based on another pair of Ashers that I need to size down a 1/2 size to allow for stretching. I have to wear thicker socks with my older pair that is a size 7 because they stretched quite a bit in the heal area. Got the white in a 6 1/2 and are a little snug now but they will be perfect once I start wearing them. Was worried about all white getting dirty but I think I can avoid that by spraying them with a protectant before I wear them. Classic shoe!

This is my first pair of Vans. I bought them because I needed cute white shoes that I can wear with any outfit and ALL the time. Vans has a reputation for being long lasting so I wanted to give it a try. Upon "breaking them in" I did notice the part where the shoe bends when you walk was a little tight on my foot but the more I wore them the better it got. They are SO CUTE with all my outfits, whether it's yoga leggings, joggers, or jeans. It doesn't slip off my feet. The only thing is you'll need to buy no-show socks because your ankle socks WILL show. I even wore my converse no-show socks and they showed so I needed the kind of socks that covered my toes not the kind that covered most of my foot.

Vans are a staple for me so I’m constantly replacing them as needed. This was my first time purchasing through DSW, and I don’t know if I purchased the right slip-on, lol. They are beautiful, True White is the whitest white but they were… roomy when I tried them on. I’m a size 7 and usually I have to break in my Vans. I did not have that issue with these. I would consider that a plus, but it was just weird to me that I was able to wear them out and about right away. The shoe has a great weight to it, they’re known for being sturdy. Will definitely be purchasing through DSW again.
