Quality not as promised - returned

Extremely disappointed with the quality, I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I previously had a brown pair and the quality was amazing, when I received the black pair the boots were uneven trim on the top, fur was coming out of the boot I was very gentle with them and the suede was floppy and thin. These did not compare to the broen pair I bought 2 years ago from the same site.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The Mini Bailey Bow II Boots are super cute and cozy! The design with the little bows on the back adds a nice touch, and the inside is really soft and warm perfect for cold weather. They’re easy to slip on and feel great for casual wear or running errands. The only downside is that they can scuff easily if you’re not careful, so I’d recommend treating them with a protector spray. Overall, stylish, comfy, and definitely worth it for the comfort factor!
