Ugg lowmels

I got the shoes as a gift and wanted to exchange them to get something i like better but they wouldn't allow exchanges even though the shoes were brand new and I even had the receipt. I was very disappointed beacuse at browns they allow exchange.

So tight caused blisters

I am a size 7 in all Uggs. I bought these and cannot stand to wear them. I have the biggest blisters I’ve ever had on my heels. I threw the box out so I can exchange I’m so disappointed
