Ugg lowmels

I got the shoes as a gift and wanted to exchange them to get something i like better but they wouldn't allow exchanges even though the shoes were brand new and I even had the receipt. I was very disappointed beacuse at browns they allow exchange.

So tight caused blisters

I am a size 7 in all Uggs. I bought these and cannot stand to wear them. I have the biggest blisters I’ve ever had on my heels. I threw the box out so I can exchange I’m so disappointed

Defect in shoe design

Don't buy this shoe! It has an extra pad at the back of the heel that makes it extremely uncomfortable, basically unwearable. Too bad because it is otherwise very cute.
