I wish the lady at the store knew more information

I absolutely love the boots except when I was trying them on, the 8 was really tight and the nine was a tiny oversized. I asked the lady at the store and she said to get the bigger ones. It has now been a week or two and I definitely wish I had purchased the smaller ones. Apparently these boot stretch out to up to a whole size. They are far to big now and I have a pair or 200 dollar boots I can't wear! Very frustrating!!

Keep a " Lid " on it

Overall happy with the purchase, but very disappointed with the shipping. I understand that because of the strike you had no control of the time that the package arrived, but my item was shipping without a lid to the box. There doesn't appear to be any damages, but how does that even happen?

I love Uggs. I’ve owned three pair but this was the first time ordering the shorter boot. It was the same quality material and workmanship as my others but unfortunately I couldn’t get my foot into them. The top is way too narrow. Disappointed and had to return.

Good. I find the quality of Uggs to have gone down in the past few years. They are warm but don’t feel as full on the inside. I am between sizes in these (despite my old Uggs fit perfect) so it tends to feel like my foot is slipping out. Like but not in love.

the inner is muchhh softer than my previous years’ uggs! had to repurchase a chestnut pair that got ruined and was surprised at how plush and soft these feel. i bought them in store but also noticed no other colours or styles had the same softness.
