Comfortable and ready to go out the box. My first time wearing them was to a 90s throw back and they were THEE perfect accessory to my baggy jeans and one shoulder top. I should have read the reviews before buying. I bought my three boys timberland's and loved them paid an arm and a leg for them. I saw the red ones and decided I wanted to go on our Safari to Zambia this summer sporting the Red platforms. I am not a girly pink girl. SO when I got my boots. the disappointment. Aghhh Timberland you done me wrong. That color in not coloring for me. I see you changed the pic on the website to this non red boots. You have removed the actual red. I feel cheated. And I just got mine yesterday. Will not be wearing them.

These aren't the boots you want
1. The reviews are correct about the color. In the photos, it looks like mayyybe they are a bright red as opposed to deep red, which I was okay with. Unfortunately, they are not. They straight up are pink. If you want the deep/nubuck red, there is a men's version I've seen in person that is spot-on. Order a half size down from your usual size in men's because they are big! 2. I would recommend that if you do buy the men's pair, do it in-store. My refund is held up because my order has been sitting in a FedEx warehouse for a week. If you order online and need to return/exchange, your money could be held up for a while. 3. If you get past all that, the boots themselves are honestly pretty heavy and kind of clunky. If they were the right color, maybe I'd deal. Something to keep in mind.

Stone Streets are my favorite style but this color....
Stone Streets tend to run just a little big, so I didn't mind having to order a half size down when my sold out. They still fit well! HOWEVER. The red displayed in the picture is NOT the accurate color. They're like a reddish pink. I wanted a true red and loved the sample color. Wildly disappointing, but I don't have time to return them for a different pair. I added the black laces to try to contrast a little, but it didn't help much. Comfy? Absolutely. Color? I hate pink, -2/10.

The red is not redding
I wanted to love these. In the pic the look like a rich, deep red. In actuality, they are a dark, dusty pink. Close, but not close. Also, they're slightly heavy, but not enough to keep them out of my closet. If they were red like the pic, they'd be FIRE!!

More Rose-petal pink than brick red
I wear these while commuting on the ferry, motorcycle and via the bus and they handle the work. As mentioned in the title, the color on the site is not the same as the product itself.

Narrow and long
They're absolutely gorgeous but I never wear them because they're so terribly uncomfortable, especially on my right foot, the foot where I never broke a toe. They fit better on my left foot because I broke my toe in highschool and therefore my forefoot is a bit narrower. You'd think the broken toe would cause problems but it's the opposite, the normal foot is the one that doesn't fit, I'd have to break my other toe just for both to fit properly! Had I been able to actually take a walk in them and return them, I would've, but obviously I needed to try on indoors. Still considering filing a warranty claim, because I've always been an 8 regular so these SHOULD fit me, but they don't, and I don't know how much of the money I can recoup by reselling online. Really disappointed considering how cool they look, but foot pain isn't worth it. I've tried walking without insoles but then the heel is way too big. If you have very long and narrow feet with a larger heel, these may work for you, but my feet are as normal as they come and these are not true to size. Why they're designed this way is beyond me. I'm putting that they feel a half size too big, because the heel is so loose, but the front of the boot feels a half size too small. If 7.5 wide ever comes back in stock, I'll consider those.

Red is not really red
The red is not as red as I'd hoped they'd be. The pictures make them appear to be a deeper red, but in person it's a lighter red. I'm not sure I'm going to keep them. I'm really disappointed.
