Teva Women's Original Universal Slim Sandal

I recently became a tevas fan last year. I was really trying to get on the croc sandals wagon, but for some reason the rubber material just wasn’t comfortable for my feet so I decided to give this brand a try. I was so excited when I saw these because I have narrow feet and smaller ankles. I immediately purchased them and I love how the color goes with any outfit, they’re light and fit the same as the universal tevas. (I see some versions for different) I just wish they had a dark brown color. Hoping they drop more of these in different colors. Can’t wait to wear these on my vacation to Hawaii.

These are really comfy sandals but I have a few gripes. 1. They are MUCH more annoying than I realized to put on and take off. You can’t slide them on, then reach down and strap them in. You have to bend over and hold the straps open to even get your foot in. The straps just fall every which way and although these are casual enough to be an every day shoe, I don’t think I could stand the wrestling with the straps every day, multiple times a day. 2. The soles squeak against your feet when they get wet! 3. These are comfy, but not walk all day long comfy. My thicker Tevas are better.

I purchased these in brown right before a trip. They were great. I was worried they'd rub and I'd regret not getting to try them out before traveling and being stuck with them but they were exactly what I wanted, light, comfortable for walking and go with any outfit. It seems like a lot to pay for so little material but Teva does it right, they're worth it. I'll be wearing them all summer. The main reason I chose this style is because I need a strap to hold my foot in, I can't do flip flops, but I still want that casual summer look. I'm so glad I did!

I’m so glad that I took a chance with these shoes. I require arch support because of my planter fasciitis, at first glance these don’t appear to have much arch support but my feet feel great in them. I am able to wear them with summer dresses, casual clothes and I even wore them at a rocky beach and they protected the soles of my feet. I will definitely buy in brown. I do wish I would have sized down but they still fit and look great. I LOVE these shoes.

I bought the slim version because the original universals are just too chunky. I don’t need my feet to look any bigger than they are. The camel color is very trendy and the slimness of the sandal makes them dainty enough to wear with summer dresses. I wore them with a matching belt and hat. So cute! I usually wear an 8 and the 8 was a perfect fit. I wore these all around Italy and they kept my feet from hurting. I’m so glad I found them.

Ordered these for my Orlando vacation to walk around the parks and they were great. Walked around Universal Studios and Isles of Adventure and Hollywood Studios and no blisters or sore feet. They have a thin sole so I was initially worried but they were great and they were perfect for the rainy day at Universal. Not slick and dried out perfectly. Going to be my go to sandals for long walking parks or other places.

I bought these sandals for a lawn concert at an amphitheater. I was worried about the long walk from and back to the parking lot because of my low arches, bad knee, and hips. I had no difficulty whatsoever! I couldn’t believe it. I’m so impressed. They are nice and thin so they could be dressed up. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend. I wear a 7.5 in regular sandals, I bought a 7 in these, fit perfectly.

Tried on in the store, and I couldn't get past the rough textured footbed, which is a shame since the thin straps make for a cute minimalistic sandal. The texture was so irritating even walking a few steps, there's no way I would be comfortable wearing them out of the store. Wish they would make a smooth textured sole or one similar to croc sandals.
