Beautiful soft boots with a flaw

These are beautiful soft boots but the first time I wore them the zipper seam ripped. Customer service was very helpful and I returned them no problem.

great but could use cushioning

super cute and cute pretty comfortable. perfect height at the ankle to wear with a skirt/dress, but also for skinny/flair jeans. pretty tall heel but actually easy to walk in (i’m like a deer on ice). i’d just recommend wearing or adding little cushion inserts on the ball of your feet as there isnt much cushioning on the bottom and it got uncomfortable after a little while of standing. i just got these and only wore once, but i hope the quality lasts over time.

Bad quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love these shoes as they looked great and were true to size, but unfortunately, their quality is terrible. I wore them only twice, as I wanted to keep them looking new for special occasions, but after just that short amount of use, I noticed signs of tearing in the material. I’m incredibly disappointed with how quickly they started to wear out. Given the price, I expected much better durability. Would not recommend these shoes at all

The color was AWFUL

I was so excited for these to come in, but when I opened the package I noticed immediately the leather looked awful. There were patches of leather was either weren’t painted black or looked worn out. The shoe fit but I wasn’t going to wear new boots that looked cheap. I wish I could attach pictures.

Really like them so far

I had a similar pair from Zara, which I loved but wore down, so I was really excited to order this pair once I saw them. So far they have lived up to my high expectations, although I have only warn them a couple of times. They are comfortable, simple but elegant, if you're into that.

The color description says taupe but I took a chance and ordered them anyways as I was looking for grey booties. Grey being all the rage this season. Happy to say they are grey and beautiful. They look designer.

Cute and stylish but the

Cute and stylish but the faux leather started peeling during the first time I wore them. You don’t notice at first glance but when you look closely, the shedding makes them look cheap. Kind of disappointing.
