Great look, but need to be broken in

I love the look, great neutral colour - love the white soles - and the zipper gives you some control over how tight they are around the top arch of your foot. The insole is padded, which is comfortable, but they are quite stiff. I got a blister the first time I wore them. I've worn them 4 or 5 times with band aids a a cushion, but they are still not broken in around the ankle/heel. Just a word of caution. They seem so comfortable when you first put them on, but I found that the friction from walking gave me blisters in the heel/ankle area. Hopefully a few more wears will do the trick, because they look nice and match with everything.

Most Comfy Shoe Ever!

With Return To Office, I was looking for something that would be perfect for a business casual dress code that wasn't an athletic shoe or dressy like heels. From reading other reviews I thought these would be perfect... and they are!
I went to the DSW location in Halifax - they did not have the colour I wanted (black) or my size.But they ordered them for me and they shipped from the Fredericton store and showed up the following morning! Really fast!
I've been walking around the house in them for about 2 hours already and they feel like walking on a cloud. I'm wearing them with no show socks and that is what I'll wear with them cause I hate socks showing.... Will most likely buy them in other colours down the road :)
For sizing, I typically wear a 7 in athletic shoes, Nikes, but the 6.5 is a perfect fit! Run, don't walk, if you want these perfect shoes!

Was really disappointed with this shoe. From the moment I put it on, it dug painfully into the back of my ankle, making it almost impossible to walk comfortably. I tried breaking them in, trying them every few months for over 3 years. After just a short time wearing them, I ended up with redness and blisters.
The style might be nice, but the discomfort isn't worth it. I wouldn’t recommend these shoes to anyone unless the design is improved to prevent that harsh rubbing at the back of the ankle. You will see other shoes are designed with cushioning there to compensate. Plus, they felt like boxes on my feet, just weren't very comfy.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I picked up these shoes July 16th. We ordered them larger hoping that if I can straighten out my hammer toes these shoes will still fit. Also because the previous pair were defective in that when I took them off the inside front of the sole came out and bunched up in the middle. So I wanted to add insoles to prevent that in the future and purchase gel bottomed insoles. These were purchased specifically for the house to help alleviate Plantar Fasciaitis. Kristen and Mariah were great with me even though the store was very busy. I've been shopping at your store for years now. Purchased some purses and a cell phone holder/purse. Everyone loves the one for my cell phone. I get a lot of compliments on it.

Great shoes. Poor selection

This product is perfect for my 96 year old mother-in-law. She cannot bend over to do laces or Velcro so loves both the stretchy elastic side and the zipper on the other side, which because of her wide feet never get zipped up. She can easily slip them on and loves the this sole.
This is her fourth pair….in black (2), gray and now tan. When ordering these I was dismayed to discover you seem to be giving up on this style. There was very little choice. In fact this pair was our only option! Every other 7 1/2 wide regardless of colour, was unavailable.
Please don’t give up on them. They are so perfect for our seniors.

These are the most comfortable and shoes I have ever worn! Not only do these shoes feel like I'm walking on air, but they actually had my size (11) which is not easy to find. I will definitely be looking for more of these amazing shoes from DSW in the future. Great prices as well!

Good overall

Very comfy but squeezing toes too much. The style looks good very easy to put on. But I had some blisters after them but that’s fine I guess. I have some feet problems so I need to wear special soils but they didn’t fit in these shoes so I can’t wear them so often :(
