SOUL Naturalizer Women's Idea Wide Width Ballet Flat

I bought these shoes about 10 days ago. I'm disappointed in these shoes. The shows don't have an arch, no hint of an arch. The inside foot bed is flat. Because there is no arch, the shoes are not comfortable to walk in for longer distances or for more than a brief period of time. I have a narrow foot so I ordered the medium width. The shoes seem wider than a medium and gap open while walking in them. The sides of the shoe toward the back, rub on the bottom of my ankle bone creating a sore area and leaving a red mark. I take a size 9. The length of the shoe is true to size as far as my size. Overall, I would not recommend this shoe.

I love the look of these shoes and in person they even look better. However, I think they are not true to size. I had to order a half size larger than I normally wear because the medium is extremely tight for me. I could not find a wide to try on, and hate the hassle of returning, so I went with a half size larger. They sometimes slip when I am walking, but the regular size I wear felt extremely tight and was uncomfortable. I am hoping that they will feel better after I wear them a few more times. If that is the case, I will be buying another pair or two in other sizes.

I ordered these shoes for a fall wedding at which I will be a guest. I have wide feet ,so I ordered wide & they are so comfortable. I ended up exchanging the 9 for 8 1/2 just because they seemed longer than I usually wear & the heel of the 9 was slipping but the 8 1/2 fit perfectly. Love the construction & flexibility, as I'm in my later 60's and these provide the stability I need while still dressy. Love these shoes and can't wait to wear them & dance the night away in them!!

As some others have stated there may have been a factory defect. My foot is the definition of a wide and every other wide fit has been fine...this one was fitting as a NARROW even though the stamp inside says W next to the size. It's literally just not possible it's correct. Please do not buy these is you are looking for a wide width. Very unhappy with this purchase as I didn't notice how narrow they were until I walked out the door for the day and my toes bled from them.

I wanted this shoe to fit; I tried it on in the morning because shoe experts have said that the best time to try on shoes is this time of day. The result was the same - it was REALLY tight. Now the toe bed was sufficient for the size 8 that I ordered but there is no extra room at all nor flexibility. The design of the shoe, the material it's made of, although manmade is good. It just seems a bit much money for the way it doesn't give a little; don't know.

I ordered a size 10 wide. The moment I slipped my foot inside, I was so pleasantly surprised. They're extremely soft and cushioned, which will make it a great stand-all-day shoe. Unfortunately, I should have ordered half a size smaller because they do slip off of my heel, but I'm just going to wear some thick no-show socks with them and that should be fine. I definitely recommend!

I purchased the wide fit, porcelain colour faux leather in this flat. Feels like the perfect fit for my wide, high arch foot. I’ve only used them indoors for a day to try them out and am satisfied that the size and fit is actual for a wide foot. I was very happy with the colour as well. A gorgeous soft off white. You can dress it up or down with the faux leather look.

I bought these in navy and from the moment they arrived I knew these would be my go to flats. Wore them for 11 hours the next day, on the go and without ever even slipping my feet out. Ooohh, so comfy! Really appreciate the elastic at the heel, as my feet are different by a 1/2 size and finding comfy shoes that stay on is a challenge.
