I have relatively wide feet and after reading the reviews, I decided to size up. To be precise, I measure 23cm so technically a 6, and after going up a whole size, I found that they’ll be okay to wear with thinner socks (especially once I break them in). If you want to wear chunky socks, I’d probably go even bigger.

Perfect fit and soooooooo comfortable. I go in the mountains everywhere with this boot. Because there are not a lot of seams, there is few , if any, places that could run my foot. I have clocked many mile in this!

I got these boots for a trip to Iceland and ordered a half a size up from my normal 8.5. They were really, really narrow. I then ordered the size up but those were too big and I sent them back. I stuck it out and after a week these boots fit perfectly to my foot and I wear them every day. I’m now looking for some Spring/ Summer Sorels I’ll be able to wear every day.

I really hesitated ordering these boots because of the negative reviews about narrow size. I generally wear a size 6.5 in Sorel boots but decided I would be better off with a half size larger due to reviews. They fit perfectly with my thick cotton socks. I don’t have narrow feet and I am happy. May order another as I love the salt color for spring

Leaving my review b/c I hesitated based on other comments. These boots are great, wore them in the rain and thro Gah puddles that came over the top of my foot and they kept me nice and dry! There were some reviews that mentioned sizing, so want to share my experience. All my other Sorel shoes are a 7 and that’s what I ordered. They fit great. Plenty of room at the toe and while they are slim fitting (people mentioned how narrow they were) they worked great for me even with thicker socks and I don’t have a super narrow foot. They also loosened up with wear. If you have a wider foot, may not be ideal but if you have a regular to narrow width, these work!

I typically wear 7.5 in shoes, 8 in boots. I ordered these in an 8 and they are narrower than most boots but I have narrow-med width feet and they fit perfectly in medium thickness socks.

I wanted to love these boots, but just like so many others have said, they are horribly narrow and just painful to wear. They are really cute, but not worth limping all day. Sorel, please listen to your customers and consider releasing this boot again with NORMAL sizing. You guys really missed the mark on these boots. Love all my other Sorel boots, so it's odd that they got these so wrong.

I was beyond excited to get these beauties in and waited a week for them to arrive. When they came in, I immediately opened up the box and WOW gorgeous! I tried them on and was so disappointed at how NARROW they were. Going up a half size would do nothing. I own many sorel shoes, boots etc and this has never happened before. Sad I had to return them.

First off, these are a gorgeous color and look so stinking cute on!!! BUT....they are extremely narrow, and run quite a bit small. I own so many pairs of Sorels- boots, sneakers, and sandals- and haven't ever had sizing so off as this pair of boot. I'm not sure even sizing up a half would help and I highly doubt they'll stretch given the material, but that's not an option now at the end of the season since they're sold out of almost all sizes. PLEASE try again with these, I'd love to be able to wear them!

Boots are great! Comfortable for all day wear, clean up well, and water proof. I’m a size 7ish and went for the 7.5 so I can wear thicker socks.

These are so fun. In Sorels sometimes I can wear 11 and sometimes I have to go 12 - these run narrow so I had to do 12. The style and height of them is perfect - love them!

These are super cool looking boots,but thats about it. I got my regular size and they were so tight,I tried every single hack on the internet to get them to fit. I even filled them with water using plastic bags and froze them, I used a boot stretcher for 48 hours. never in my 48 years of life have I ever put a boot on this uncomfortable and paid over160 dollers for,I'm just utterly speechless. many reviews say how uncomfortable they are but are smitten by how cool they look these boots even had half sizes , imagine that!!! still...an 8.5 was like trying to squeeze into a 7,and yes I checked and yes I wore the thickest wool socks I own even after all that ,they were even tighter, for reference , Im 48 female,128 lbs 5'3"tall size 4/5 jeans. I think they need to go back to the drawing board ,keep this design but you cqnt be serious on selling something that uncomfortable with that price tag.This has never happened to me before!! and it was my first pair of Sorels!!!

Good waterproof boots that I’m happy with! Only thing is getting used to the heaviness of the rubber sole but it also feels durable so the trade off is worth it. I’m a size 10 and it fits true to size. My larger size might be why the boot is on the heavier side

The best way to understand this boot? It’s like a fashion conscious work boot. They take a little to break in, for sure. But once you do? Omgoodness. They are so incredibly comfortable to walk in, all terrain. Totally and completely water proof. And warm! I have the cream colored ones and I’ve taken them to the streets of NY for hours and hours and construction sites for work. It’s been a year and half and they still look great. Clean up well. I dress them up and down, always get compliments. Breaking them in? Is indeed a challenge. Anyone who has worn a Doc will understand. Ha

I’m so disappointed to write this because I look the look of these shoes and have always loved every pair of Sorel shoes I’ve purchased. But the shoes are terribly uncomfortable and sizing is bad. Even wearing tall socks the brim of the shoe rubs against your foot to the point where it’s a relief to take them off. Maybe this could be fixed with thick wool socks, but that doesn’t work for me. Next, the way the left and right shoe were manufactured it feels like they are a half size (possibly a full size) off from each other. For reference, I ordered a 9 1/2 which is my normal size with Sorel. But the spacing at the top of the shoe was so different to the point I there where there was about at least and extra 1/2 inch of space on the right shoe compared to the left. They left shoe was also notably more snug are the front of my front, and I could shift my foot front/back in the right shoe but not the left. The difference in feel was so noticeable that I double checked both shoes were actually labeled 9 1/2. I’m returning because I only purchased these shoes thinking I’d love them and want to wear every day. But as pretty as the are the fit is just intolerable and I would not recommend. Buy a different pair of shoes.

So sad these are so uncomfortable. Im a hairstylist in northern utah and needed something that I could be warm in but was also cute. Im on my feet for hours and these are not made for that even though they look like it. I’ve tried breaking them in and wearing them for short periods at a time and it still doesn’t help. I think the main problem is they are very narrow. I’ve never had to order wide before but if you could in these I think it would fix the issue. Leaving 2 stars because they are warm and cute but can only wear for maybe 3 hours.

Impossible to put on. The material inside of the boot sticks to the sock, which makes it really challenging. Besides, the boots itself are very tight even with one size up. The length, though, is right to size, which was to long for me because I ordered size 6, and according to the size chart it was ment to be 36 Europeanean, but I got 37. Anyway, total disappointment.
