Shoe is great, wouldn't order online again

The shoe is great, maybe even a little on the bigger side but no biggie. My issue is the website. I got the $10 off promo code, said it was for $60 and over, however, promo code didn't work because my $80 shoes weren't enough. Then no help from customer support. Then it took a week for Purolator to pick up my package, plus delayed even more due to weather. Not sure if I'll buy again from Shoe Company as the sizes are limited for my big feet, but I know I'll never shop online again with them.
