NOT EASILY SLIP-IN
Very comfortable once they are on. I didn’t find them easily slip-in though. I was told it was because of the fabric around the opening.

Changes not good
You changed the material at the top of the boot, making it harder and impossible to put boot on hands free

Top of boot Too Narrow
Top of boot would not go over ankle therefore could not get boot on foot, very disappointed as I liked the boot. I had to search for a long time to find this boot. So disappointed it would not go onto foot.

Slip on winter boot
These boots arenotthat easy to get on. The material on top slides down into boot as you are putting them on so you have to pull it back up when you get them on. Not an easy slip on.

Perfect fit. Classy appearance.
Easy to put on, look great, feel wonderful. As an elderly woman who can't easily bend down to tie shoe laces or even put on boots, these are a lifesaver. Also, they look very nice.

Too small
I couldn’t get my feet in the boots,, I ordered my shoe size, I was very disappointed, the boots are very nice, I love them, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered them,, I have yet to return them

Comfortable!
The material around the top makes it hard to slip in without it bunching up. Hopefully this will improve with wear.

Comfy but struggling with slipping them on easily
Slip ins are not really slip ins ! I have a hard time getting these boots on. They were easy to put on at the beginning. A couple weeks in I am fighting with putting them in without the cuff slipping . Besides that great for walking in the snow and very comfortable.

Great Boots
Cozy, easy to put on and decent grip on sole for winter weather. I like these boots for shopping. They don’t feel heavy to wear indoors and are very easy to put on and remove.

Customer service
Ordered online and store employee was great through that process.Unfortunately when I picked them up I couldn't slide my foot on it.He tried to help me find another style that would work for me and I liked but could not find anything.He gladly refunded me and was very pleasant to work with.
