Awkward fit and unstable

I’m dealing with severe chronic plantar fasciitis, so I needed a budget-friendly indoor shoe to help me get around. I bought these standard Arch Fit slip-ons, and while the arch support provides decent heel relief compared to bare feet or my Crocs, the design falls short of the box's big comfort claims My experience and iasues: Awkward Fit: The shoe attaches mostly to the front, causing the heavy heel to drag. Instability: The combination of a thick sole and narrow heel makes footing feel unstable. Friction: The rubber print on top rubs painfully against my pinky toe.My Crocs are vastly more comfortable, though they lack this shoe's heel support. I wish I had chosen a supportive slingback indoor slipper instead. Perhaps I should have bought their upgraded, more expensive GO WALK version, but the high price point for that line doesn't look competitive. If you’re dealing with severe plantar fasciitis avoid these if you just have a high arch and want something with comfort, I’m sure these will be fine.
