disappointed too big

I ordered my normal shoe size after reading that they are supposed to be true to size and reviews from others, because I have not worn Reebok in a very long time. I put them on I had a little more room than I prefer after wearing them for 1 hour they are just to big I can’t wear them but now that I’ve worn them the bottoms that are pure white obviously aren’t pure white still. So I doubt they can be returned?!
