My wonderful experience at the Shoe Company

I had the most wonderful experience shopping for an unusually tall toddler who is only 2:years old but he is tall and sturdy and so wears size 11 wide fit. I had the help of an assistant and he was extremely knowledgeable. I found the wide-fit size with the help of the assistant whom I found to be extremely helpful and polite.He also advised me that to buy a winter boots that it would be best to bring the little guy in so that the boots can be sized properly. I thought the advice very praiseworthy as it made sense and saved the recipient's Mom the trouble of returning the boots to the store and trying to find another one...a difficult size to find for a 2 year old.

Didn't need the wide width

My little guy likes the slip on aspect and says they're comfy; but we bought these because we had a limited selection at our local store. We've adapted the wide width by tying a knot in the elastic laces midway down the shoe. Seems to be working well.
