My heel slips out no matter what I do :( I tried changing sizes, adding heel grips, and changing the thickness of my socks. The shoe is badly designed - the back part is too low to hold my heel in. So disappointed.

I went 2 sizes down to see if I could make these work. Super comfortable very cute shoe goes with everything. Had to return as heel kept slipping out.

These shoes are comfortable. The sole is comfy. My pinkie toe hurts when I wear it but that’s all shoes. However, if you have smaller ankles, these are a bit too big. My heel constantly slips out of these shoes, and not even tongue pads can fix it. I wear a 7.5 usually. I’m gonna try a size 7 and see how it is.

These shows are so soft and comfortable. They are also very stylish. The work great in icy, rainy or snowy conditions as the soles do not slip. I love them.

I normally wear a 6.5-7, had to go with the 6.5 since my heel was slipping out with the 7. It’s so soft and cushiony on the inside, a little tight at first but will most likely loosen after a few wears.

I was in DSW searching for boots, but these loafers caught my eye. I tried them on and they were so comfortable. I wear a 10W, so I shop for comfort first, then style. I very seldom wear high heels, mostly flats and loafers, so these were perfect.

I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes are very comfortable. Slips a little off my heal, so I may just use a pad instead of sizing down.

Love these loafers- so comfortable. Super lightweight- platform sole with a small heel. Bought black and brown patent leathe- which is a beautiful color.I l They are stylish- drawing compliments every time I wear them.

I tried these on and immediately loved them, but sadly they were too big and my heels kept slipping out….as another reviewer mentioned. Only issue is I wear size 11 and I can’t go half a size down because 10.5 doesn’t exist!! The 10 was too short. Grrrrrr, it’s infuriating most shoe designers skip 10.5. Just because some of us have longer feet, doesn’t mean none of us have half sized feet!!!!!

This is the 2nd pair I've purchased of this shoe. I bought the brown patent leather first and now the black. They are incredible and one of the comfiest shoes I've ever worn. LOVE them! They run a bit big and my heel slips a little but I put in a heel grip and they are perfect. Don't miss out!
