Almost perfect

I love Naturalizer. I love that they have 3 widths. I have bunions so I prefer wide but the problem here is that wide means the heel portion is wide and that strap is stationary and bows out. You should have designed that heel/ankle strap to be adjustable instead of sewn together where the straps cross over at the back of the heel. I've had dress sandals like that and adjusting that heel/ankle strap allowed for that region to fit snug while still giving width at the toe area and not losing the elegance of the shoe. Design it and let me know. I'll take it in multiple colors!

Beautiful shoe, weird strap issue

I just got these in my regular size and I love them except there is some weird defect in the strap size, the part that attaches to the sole from the ankle piece is soooo mis sized sadly and now I have return. I am hoping a size down will help but then the rest of the shoe might be too small and I don't want to have to risk paying another return fee.

Astrid Pump-so comfortable

I bought these for a black tie 50th birthday party. I wore them the same day they arrived (i waited too long to shop..). I had no issues, no hot spots on my foot. They were very comfortable and I am very happy with my purchase. I would buy these again.

I bought this a few weeks ago and have received many compliments. I bought it in a 6 wide and used a pad in foot bed to make it fit better I am a 5 1/5 wide which was not offered. Very comfortable.
