Hard to get on for my kid

They are super cute and my daughter does love them, she doesnt say that they are uncomfortable or anything. BUT they are a little big and so she has them tight and they are really a struggle for her to get on. So.. Probably user error but still notable. She has had them for a month now and still struggling.

Was shopping with 2 granddaughters. Ine need rainboots which we found and sorhe other had to get something too. She picked this sneaker nd absolutely loved it. Sales clerk remembered them from before with their mom!!
