Sizee Run Very Small

I ordered a size 8 white I’m a size 7.5 and my heels hung over the back of the shoe, I also received a silver pair in a white box. Customer service wasn’t great, they wouldn’t send me a size up in white as an exchange. They also weren’t going to give me my credits back. After a lengthy discussion about earning those credits through the purchases I’ve made I was finally given my credits back so I could use them on my Next order, and with a shipping form that now said I’d be credited $2 for the shoes. (I’ll just give them to my daughter I’m not sending them back to receive $2 when I paid $18 for the Shoes my only Real Issue was customer service. The shoes are nice and seem to be good quality so I ordered another pair in size 9 hopefully they come in white this time and fit

Horrible customer experience

Bought these on line for in-store pickup. Received several emails saying that item ready for pickup. Go to store. Employee looks for order in a book and cannot find order even though we have order number as reference. Eventually gave up.

Sized very wrong. Long on the toe but too short in the foot. Look cute fit terribly. Another seize would be way too big like clown shoes. They are not even wearable do not recommend
