Isotoner Women's Satin Classic Stretch Ballerina Slipper

I've been wearing these slippers for years, but this was my first purchase from the company itself. Unfortunately, through an error in packaging, I received the wrong size. I contacted the customer service department, which was EXCELLENT. Responding to my email in within 24-hours, Isotoner apologized for the error and sent out a new pair immediately at no cost to me. I could not be more pleased with my experience. The slippers are cute and comfortable, perfect for wearing around the house and protecting my feet from the cold hardwood floors. I highly recommend both the product and the company.

The new design of the slippers is awful. I work at a spa wear these slippers at my job 8+ hours a day. I have been using this style for years and will be looking for a different brand when my current ones completely fall apart (my guess is soon). When brand new, the foam padding in the sole is comfortable yes, but so high the slipper does not stay on. I was constantly stepping out of the slipper because the heel would not stay up. After they are broken in they stay on, but now after only 4 months wear the soles are separating from the slippers. In the past I would have 3 pair of slippers that, with rotation, would last me a least a year. I bought 2 pair 4 months ago and BOTH are coming apart at the soles already.

I have had many pairs of slippers in my life, but these slippers top them all. They are not only comfortable to walk in, but the top of your feet also get to experience the super-soft satin that the slippers are made of. The only cons to these slippers that I can think of are that if you wear them a lot, the soles do get a bit flat as they are memory foam soles. These are definitely more of a summer slipper too because they aren't super fluffy to keep your whole foot warm or anything like that. I will definitely get another pair of these just because I love them so much!

Isotoners used to be my favorite slippers. I bought them for many years and gave them as gifts, because I thought they were so comfortable. Lately, though, they are not made as well, and especially the heel is made shorter, so that the slippers really do slip right off my foot. Is the manufacturer trying to use a little less material? I don't know. Before I give up on Isotoners altogether, I'm going to try the slippers with the ribbon bow instead of the satin tie bow. I hope they will fit better. If not, then, it's time to search for a different brand.

I love Isotoner Satin Ballerina Slippers - I have been wearing them for years - probably 25 or 30 years. My favorite ones were navy blue. But they do wear out. UNFORTUNATELY, Isotoner has stopped making them in the size 2 XL. I assume the reason is that there are not enough people who will buy that size - but how hard is it to offer a larger size and just not sell as many of them. I contacted Isotoner about my desire to keep wearing them but I never heard back from them.

No stars anymore. I have bought a new black pair of these every few years for like 15 years. I live in them when I'm at home so they do have a wearing out time which is fine. However, the last 2 pairs I bought in the last year were total garbage in a few months. The elastic around the top stretches doesn't hold long and now they won't stay on. I'm not buying another pair unless I'm told quality is improved, time to find new slippers. :(

I am so happy I found these slippers. They are a blessing in my life. I am a paraplegic and have been paralyzed waist down 30 years. After so much time not walking I have many issues with my feet and not able to wear shoes for long periods of time. These slippers have become my go to shoes I wear out and about. They are so stylish and work well with my feet. They are cute and girly and I can match them when I dress up, or casual attire like a cute pair of jeans or with pajamas and sweats. They always keep me stylish and looking cute no matter the situation. they also are flexible and stretchy on my feet. My feet do not sit flat and swell throughout the day. Theses slippers stretch and contour with my feet. Thank you for making a perfect slipper. I can not comment on the durability of them, the one advantage of being in a wheelchair my slippers last a long long time lol

I've worn these in whenever I'm at home for 35+ years. Very comfortable! Perfect year round in Wisconsin. The fabric is stretchy so you can wear barefoot or with thick socks. I have several pairs and keep a pair at the cottage, bring them when visiting my adult kids. Sturdy enough to walk in to our roadside mailbox and put in wash machine.
