HUNTER Women's Original Short Rain Boot

Yesterday was my first time wearing, I was leaving my home and it was pouring out by the time I got to my car it slowed down and by the time I arrived at my destination the sun was shining.. With that being said I wore them for 6 hours and they are very comfortable and they looked great. I would highly recommend. I normally wear a size 8 and that is what I purchased and they fit perfect, although I was very nervous with other reviews, but I am thrilled with everything about these.. I was going to purchase the higher ones but the reviews let me know since I am 5'2" I didn't want the pinching i seen quite a few times. I would HIGHLY recommend, I would also like to get the green.

This is my second pair of Hunter boots. They are great - i use for rain wear and gardening/working in yard. They are true to size. Last a long time. I would size up if you run in between sizes. You could always wear thick socks/inserts if a little too loose. I wear anywhere between a 7 and 8. In this i bought the 7 because my last ones were a 7. If they had half sizes i would have gotten the 7.5. The 7s fit but are slightly snug. I have green and they didn’t have any 8s at the time i ordered or i would have gotten the 8. Can’t really fit the warmer winter inserts but that is ok for my use.

I’ve always wanted a pair of Hunter boots and I finally broke down and brought them. I was shopping in DSW when it started pouring down rain one day as I was looking around I spotted the Hunter boot. I went over and looked at the price and was blown away but tried it on anyway. I’m so glad I did... They fit great and are quiet comfortable. I love the short style and how easy it is to get your foot into the boot. I would buy another pair in another color for sure.

Love these matte short rain boots by hunter. They are easy to slide on, very comfortable and trendy. However they do run big so try them on if you can. I had to size down from my normal shoe size 8.5 to a size 7. Also they don’t have any lining on the inside which is great if you like to style your boots with your favorite hunter rain socks or any pair of boot socks. You really can’t go wrong with this one. Enjoy!!! :)

Got these on sale. Always wanted a pair of hunters. I didn’t need them as I have many rain boots, so haven’t worn them yet. They feel a bit narrow and I prefer a wider shoe/boot- (probably from wearing Birkenstocks for decades). They run slightly big overall, but since I’ll wear them for gardening and errands, I can put a wool footbed pad in. Not sure why they’re so expensive- hope they last a lifetime!

I bought these for a recent trip in preparation for extremely inclement weather - lots of rain and flooding. These Hunter boots worked great! My feet were dry and warm. I have a narrow foot, so I wish they came in a narrow option. I really liked the ability to adjust the width on the calves - I was able to tuck my jeans in without any issue. Cute, comfy and functional!

I originally was gifted the taller version of these boots, but I couldn’t get them over my calves. Never have I ever had problems getting boots over my calves before so I was a bit surprised & disappointed. I took a risk and exchanged them for the shorter ones and i was pleased they got over my calf. They do run big shoe size wise so size down if you are in half sizes.

I’ve been wanting these forever, but this brand has a real size issue and should really offer half sizes. My regular size felt nearly two sizes too big and I was just swimming in them - the width of the shoe, especially in the ankles, all the way up through the shaft was just huge, so I had to size down on my order. When I my pair arrived, it felt smaller much than the pair that I had tried on in-store and thought would work. One thing though that I realized is that the fleece socks make a massive difference and take up a ton of room, so I’m hoping that will be the solution after I exchange them for the bigger size, but the jury is still out. The issue though with this potential solution is that having to depend upon wearing fleece socks in order to make them fit means that the boots won’t be wearable for the rain during the months that aren’t cold. They are great looking so, if they fit you, then I’d say go for it.
