Elements Youth Girls' Star Pac II Waterproof Winter Boot

I bought these for my daughter at the end of last winter but she did not wear them until now. After wearing them for 1 week the heel on both boots split open at the seam. I have been buying boots for my kids from Shoe Company for many years and I have never experienced this issue before. The boot itself is still in new condition yet I now have to go out and buy her new boots again! I am so disappointed.

One of the fasteners came off on first try of putting on the boots. Kid is now upset since her boots won’t match. Cheap build

Bought this boot for my daughter , with the thought it was going to do her for the winter . Very nice style and warm & waterproof features however that wasn’t the case. They leaked right from the first day and her feet were cold , there was no padding in the bottom of the boot so the hard plastic form of the sole was pushing up from the bottom into her foot to the point where it left marks and she said it felt like she was walking barefoot on sharp rocks . Overall manufacturing of boot was poor and quality . Will not be buying this brand again.

My 3 year old has an easy time getting these on and off by herself. I like the fact that the zipper on the side opens up quite wide allowing for easy in and out. The zipper is also very smooth and rarely snags on anything. They have been holding up so far and she says they are super comfy, warm and keep her socks dry. They are pretty tall so keep that in mind as the boot almost reaches her knees. But, great for coverage and there are no complaints on her end!

My kid was drawn to these boots because of the stars and sparkly glitter. She loves them! The elastic clasp did break but shoe company was nice to exchange it for us in store. Not the best quality but we got them at a great price, Boxing Day sale. Usually I’d get sorel or kamik brands but kid loved this design and wanted this pair. I think elements is a shoe company/DSW brand

The quality of these boots are awful. Firstly the are not waterproof whatsoever. As soon as my daughter steps into snow they seem to leak water into the boot. She’s had the boots for a month and they are also completely frayed. Very poor quality. Definitely better to spend a bit more on a quality boot that keeps your kids feet warm and dry.

I wasn't told about the boots having a lace issue at the till when I bought them, when I got home I noticed that the boot lace stop had come off and the laces were all frayed on one boot, was not happy as the boot with frayed laces was in the box and the one on display was good, It was the only one left of the size I needed
