Awful Experience
The boots were way too big and I will need to return them. Also, the "box" in which they came was awful. Not a real box but a smaller box that was open and on which the boots were placed. Finally, pointy stapes were coming out of the cardboard and I ended pricking myself twice simply trying to take the boots out of the bag. The whole thing looked very cheap as if no consideration at all was paid to the customer.

Great Shoes, Sneaky Pricing

One month leakage
I bought these boots in store, the staff were superb. These boots are in the style that I prefer and was hopeful they would hold up to walking everyday. Less than one month later of daily usage I found that my foot was starting to get damp, then wet. There is a puncture where the screws attach the ice cleat. I would not purchase these again unfortunately, i like the concept but the materials feel cheaped out on.

Hope both zippers continue to work!
We like the lace-up look, and the zippers make it much easier to put on & off. We have some concern about the dual zippers holding up over time, as they 'bend the corner' from the ankle to shin. Assuming the stress-point of the ankle flexing, I worry that one or both zippers will break open. Is there any kind of manufacturer's warranty? I don't want to see these zippers break after a year or two. I do like the Ice-Clip & have the same on my (Women's) boots. I rarely use the ice-clip & doubt my husband will use the clip, but I did point out to him, that it was a useful feature, since he clears the snow & ice. Pls. let me know if there is a manufacturer's warranty on these boots, esp. the zippers? Thank you.

Comfortable but annoying
Ice clips immediately rusted after using them for the first time in an ice storm. Had to fix them using WD-40. However, one of the teeth bent outwards and now digs into the shoe’s rubber. Comfort is very nice and warm, but zipper is a pain to use
