Quality not good

The quality is not Good and i slipped on snow and now they want to return it and pay the shipment fee by my self or use their label and service for $9.99 + tax for our amount , which is highly disappointing

i always wore 10 dize snd its little lose
But these one so tight and not wide at all
i order 10

Boots were ordered for my son who would wear sneakers all year round. He finds them comfortable and hasn't insisted on wearing sneakers in the snow since getting them.
