Not worth the $ if the company wont replace

I was sold a defective pair. I reached out to the company with no response. My left sandles heel is soft and sunken in and the first day of wearing them the hemp border at the bottom came off!

really too loose fitting. sloppyto walk in even tho right size just sloppy width. base is like cardboard, not soft foot bed. crocheted part pretty is only selling feature. they hurt..

I got a lot of compliments on the sandals and I absolutely love them however the sizing is a bit small, I’m 9 in most shoes but the size was a bit small. I decided not to return but I’d try sizing up in the future. They also have a small hole on the bottom that makes a farting noise when you walk but I put some sticky tack in there and problem solved.
