Worst boot I’ve ever purchased

I only wore them 3 times before the sole completely fell off while I was walking at work!!! Thankfully, I had a pair of sneakers with me! I returned them to the store, and the attendant mentioned the same thing happened to her pair — so it seems to be a common issue. Very disappointed in the quality

These are really cute boots and I’m glad I got them! They aren’t the comfiest after walking in the city with them, even with thick boot socks, but I also have sensitive feet. No rubbing or blisters so a huge win in my book.

These boots came and they were way too big. I’m a true size 7 and when I got these this size looked and felt 3 sizes bigger. Also the boots I received in the mail were already worn and scuffed :(

These boots are comfortable and just as they show in the photos. The only drawback is the soles are really squeaky. Any advice on how to fix this?
