Cute waterproof boots, but not Cold rated

I bought this about a month ago looking for a cute winter bootie that was waterproof and cold rated. The shoes themselves are pretty cute I have been wearing them in snow and they have been keeping my feet dry. However, it says they are cold rated and they are definitely not! Even with thick socks my feet have been cold in -10 . Since I got them on sale - this was still good value. I like cougar boots but also really wish they made half sizes !

Kendal Cougar Boots

Cougar Women's Kendal Boots, my go to Brand for comfort and quality, I find these boots are very comfortable. My experience with Cougar boots is that they are waterproof and generally warm. I am giving them 4 stars as I haven't had the opportunity to expose these boots to the elements yet.

A sad ‘no’

The boots look nice and fit the bill (waterproof, etc.) but fit like a 9.5 (not 9) and are too narrow. They also aren’t comfortable—the insides and sole feel hard. The price was good (on sale) so if I’m unable to get my act together to return them, I will donate them.

Nice looking boots

Cougar Boots look good and are decent for going shopping, to office, or anywhere by car. They are pretty warm and waterproof. However, the upper inside part is kind of stiff, and I don't recommend them for a lot of walking.

Good winter boots

They are comfortable winter boots, looks nice on, fit true to size but maybe a bit short if you want to wear them with a thick socks. I did order my regular size 8 and they fit me well with a thin socks.

Good for winter time walking

Good price, good quality. Especially sole is good for winter time, snowy day walking. Ease to wear and keep your feet warm. Also like heels just right height, comfortable to walk.
