Your Return Policy sucks

I bought these shoes only to find out that the mouth is too tight on the heel area even though the shoe fits my size: Men's 10. The shoes scraped my heels and caused me to have blisters. I tried to return them but I was never made aware of your awful and unfair return policy by any employee when purchasing the shoes. This store's incompetency has failed me and my feet are still sore. Never shopping here again.
