Shoes are great. The shoe company not so much

I originally ordered these shoes from the Shoe Company, and the experience was pretty frustrating. They list the width as “medium,” which doesn’t even exist for Columbia, it’s either regular or wide. After confirming with their customer service that “medium” meant wide, I placed the order and picked them up in store, only to find out the shoes were actually regular width.
I returned them and reordered through Columbia’s Amazon page instead, which was not only cheaper thanks to Black Friday but also had the correct sizing terminology. The pair from Amazon fits perfectly and is truly wide.
I don’t think I’ll be ordering from the Shoe Company again if they can’t accurately advertise sizing.

Lightweight & warm

Overall I like these boots and they are great for everyday use in the fall & winter. They are warm but lightweight and easy to take on & off. However they run a little small, especially the sole part. My feet are average width and the soles are a little narrow. So if you're between sizes, I suggest sizing up a half size or getting the wide width version. Also, they are relatively comfortable but there is not much cushion in the soles.

Good winter boots

The boots seem great! Haven’t had the chance to test them out with lots of snow yet. The only disappointment was that the boots arrived to us when ordered online with the security tag still attached. We had to then travel to a city with a store to get it removed. Very annoying as that’s why we ordered online.
