Good solid shoe
Great shoes to wear with slacks. Comfortable, but I did get a blister on the back of my foot. The left shoe is a bit thicker and curls inwards a bit more at the heal. Hoping they will break in a bit over time.

Uncomfortable shoes, exchange denied
My wife wore the shoes for just one day and unfortunately experienced swelling and marks on her feet. We returned to the store to request the next size, and explained to the sales staff that the shoes had only been worn for a single day. Additionally, we showed pictures to the sales staff to help them better understand the issues with the shoes or sizing. However, our request for an exchange was declined. As a result, the shoes are now unused and simply sitting on our shelves.
