Longer Velcro strap

Only problem is the Velcro strap. They should have made it longer to be able to adjust the strap somewhat better.

Not as attractive as previous style

I had missed out last year on the old black combi style with more blended colors that go better with outfits of black and white/cream. This new style is not as attractive and also Clarks changed the footbed and they're not as comfortable as the old combi styles, I have the blue combi and tan combi at home from last year. The footbed on this new black multi textile dug into my arch when I tried them on. I returned these after I found the old black combi sandals on clearance elsewhere, and the old style is perfect like my other combi ones.

Returning these sandals

I bought this item in my usual size and width but they are too big and too wide as my foot slides out the front of the sandal. I have never had this problem with Clark's shoes/sandals before. Very disappointing and need to return.

Return hassle

Shoe was soft and comfortable, but designed poorly. Upper strap around arch was large and not adjustable. The worst part was trying to return it. I brought them into the store promptly with receipt. I had to speak with the sales associate than a manager then the manager had to call customer service because the order number wasn’t showing up. I ended up having to leave the shoes and was told I’d get credited by head office. It did end up happening, but it sure was a lengthy hassle

Attractive, comfy, but not practical for long walk

Soft insoles, comfortable to walk in, but front strap is too soft, the foot slides forward when you walk, so I had to return it
