Great until the upper boot gets wet

These boots got us through a winter on the Canadian Prairies. We did size up and found that to be appropriate. Boots have held up wonderfully and will pass down to other children. Our only issue with these boots is that once the upper part of the boot becomes wet, it takes forever to dry. There is no removable liner and the boot is well insulted thus holds a lot of water. If temperatures are mild but still requiring a winter boot, it's tricky to have these boots dry for the next round of outdoor play.

Easy on and warm!

We spend lots of time playing outside in the winter and I buy these boots for my kids every year. They do a great job keeping snow out, their feet always come out warm, and my kids can get them on themselves without frustration. Such a great boot, absolutely worth the price. These run true to size while still allowing a tiny bit of extra room for wool socks on really cold days, I wouldn't say a full half size big.

Very comfortable and warm boot, my son has a little trouble putting them on, as they are not structured as much as the bogs. However, the liner inside is not removable, which is great for little ones. Also, the boot does not come up high on the leg (a little shorter than I expected). Still giving a 5 starts rating because of the warmth and comfort of the boot.

Very nice boots, very warm

This review is composed by my 10 year old. he says « No more cold feet at Santa Claus parade with these boots! » these boots are very well made and keep my sons feet very warm and dry and they are very comfortable to wear. They are true to size which is very nice and the order and delivery was very easy as well. Very happy with this purchase!

Best Shoes

We live in northern Alberta, and the climate can be very extreme here, my son loves wearing bogs because they are easy to slip on (he can do it on his own) but they are also extremely comfortable and warm. We love this new option, it keeps the snow out while providing comfort and warmth. -40 and his feet never get cold, highly recommend.

Bogs for boys

Love these boots for my 8 year old boy! He’s rough and tough and these boots hold up. His feet stay dry even after hours of playing in the snow. The elastic band at the top is amazing at ensuring no snow sneaks down into his boots. Looking forward to getting by 4 year old a pair as we can’t wait for hand-me-downs.

Disappointing

I was expecting the same waterproof boots that I've always loved purchased for my kids, but these have unfortunately been disappointing. I like that you can cinch down the top of the boot, but my son's feet always get wet in these and they take forever to dry. I'll buy bogs again for my kids, just not this style.

Nice quality boot

Bought a size 12 for my three and a half year old. He is a shoe size 10-11 and these fit with a little bit of room to grow. Easy for him to slip on and pull off independently. They feel like they will be warm even though they aren’t a liner-style boot and I like how high the waterproof section goes up the boot.
