Don't Meet Temperature Rating

Bought these, wore them and froze. Temperature rating is for -30C and I only got out at -22C (that's with windchill) and my feet were so, so cold, as was the inside of the boot (but not wet, thankfully). I reached out to the manufacturer who refused to do anything because they were bought at DSW and were a 2024 model (despite buying them in early December 2025). Thankfully, DSW is allowing me to return these because they're useless to me. I purchased for their warmth (which they were when I was in the house), but once they were truly tested, they failed to meet expectations. Extremely disappointed in this manufacturer who does not stand behind their product, despite where it is purchased. I do not recommend these boots.
