Runs very small

I was really looking forward to these, but unfortunately I have to return them. I ordered a size 10 women's (my normal 1/2 size up), they are either miss labeled or run at least 2 sizes small. As they don't have them in a 12 to try I have to go with a different boot. On the upside they appear to be a well made warm boot.
