Great running shoe!

I've always worn Asics as they fit my feet perfectly - I get the wide, and the ankles support my small ankles. It has a good support base and cushion. Great shock resistance and stability. I have bunions, so the wide toe is perfect. Very comfortable. I wear runners pretty much every day and these are the only brand I get. Much better than Nike or Sketchers (hate the high arch on Sketchers - have flat feet!)

Quality control?

I’m not sure if these were a one of a kind lemon pair, but the edges of the insoles were so sharp I was afraid of my feet being cut or scraped if I wore them. I ordered a wide width and the insole didn’t cover the width either. When I returned them to the store the two sales staff that helped me were surprised at how bad it was.

ASIC: comfort for clients who require wider runner

I have previously purchased ASIC runners in the regular width and thought they were a comfortable shoe with good support. Buying the wider width allowed me to buy 1/2 size smaller and still have comfortable shoes. I’m very happy with my purchase.

For running, not walking

The shoe keeps rubbing against my ankle bone! It feels uncomfortable around the ankle in general but gets better with wear. Other than this, I'm happy with it. Decent for running, not great for walking.

I bought these shoes for work(I'm in healthcare). I have to say they are extremely comfortable once broken in (took maybe 4/5 days) I am seriously considering buying another pair for home
